We have the right to change the rules at any time. The new version starts working immediately after publishing on the site. If you continue using our services after the changes, it means that you agree to new rules. If not – you should stop using the site. All the bets made before changing the rules are calculated based on older rules.

By using the website you agree that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to play according to the local laws. We can request documents that prove your age.
You should be only operating under your name and not under the name of other people or companies. It is also prohibited to use VPN, proxy or any other method of hiding your real location.
All the payment methods that you use should also belong to you. You cannot try to cancel the deposits or withdrawals using the bank. You should understand that you can lose money while playing and you take full responsibility for that.
It is also not allowed to use illegal information, manipulate games, markets or the system, as well as cooperate with other players for unfair play. You should only play honestly. If you or your relatives follow our BC Game affiliate program, you cannot use a regular account.

You cannot use our services if you are underage or live in the country where online gambling is prohibited. It is also not allowed to collect the data of other players, send spam, place ads or links without permission or interrupt the work of the website or other players.
Any attempts of fraud, bypassing limits or stealing the odds are strictly prohibited. Accounts cannot be sold, given to other people or used to transfer money among players.
Our employees have no right to play for real money without special approval. In case or breaking the rules the account is blocked and the bonuses and winnings are nullified.

The account can use multiple currencies and the balance is shown in the currency of a specific transaction. We have the right to stop or close the account in case you break the rules or for protecting the honesty of our services. In some cases the money can be put to a pause and in others your bets can be cancelled.
If the money is credited to you during a mistake, they can be returned. If the balance became negative – you should cover the expenses.
An account cannot be sold, gifted or used in similar ways. In case of full closure of the account the self-exclusion mode is used.

All the deposits must be made with payment methods registered under your name. During the currency exchange the current rate is used and commissions may be taken by the payment methods you use.
We are not a bank and work through payment providers. Deposits with cards are credited only after confirmation from the bank.
The cancellation of payments is prohibited. In case of chargeback the winnings are nullified and the money gets returned to the company. The money on the account is not under insurance and does not bring commission profit.

You can only withdraw clear and unused money. The minimum deposit amount is €10. Before withdrawing the deposit has to be wagered at least once. We have the right to request additional identity confirmation. Usually the withdrawal is made with the same method you used for depositing.

The results of events are considered final after 72 hours. The changes can be made only if a clear mistake is made. If the result is cancelled officially, the money is given back. In case of a draw the rules depend on whether the bet option for draw was present or not. The minimum and maximum bets are placed by us and can be changed. All the actions in the account are your responsibility.
